The Own Zone data practices
We collect only information required to operate seat bookings, library management, and security. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and never stored in plain text.
Payment card data is handled by a PCI-compliant provider; we store only payment references and amounts. Identity documents for library verification use private storage with restricted access.
You may request account deletion and data export. Some records are retained where legally required (for example payment and audit trails).
